Saturday June 17th: Lux PT Squat Workshop
Do you struggle to get to parallel with your squat? Do you struggle to keep your knees out while squatting? Do you have pain while squatting? Do you need direction as to what you should be working on to improve your squat? Come to the Optimize Your Squat: Mobility and Movement Workshop hosted by CrossFit Virtuosity on Saturday, June 17, from 1-3 pm. Cost is $20 per athlete.
Friday June 2nd: WODs with Friends (and Wine!)
We're making it a habit: on the First Friday of each month, bring a friend to any Level 2 class: we'll be doing a fun, non-technical workout that everyone can enjoy! And after class, stick around to drink some wine :)
Saturday June 10th: The Virtuosity Games!
We’re excited to announce a third year of the Virtuosity Games! On Saturday, June 10th we’ll be throwing an in-house team competition for YOU: all Level 2 athletes are encouraged to participate. No prior competition experience is required!
Friday June 2nd: Summer Friday Schedule Begins!
Our Friday class schedule will change to summer hours beginning Friday, June 2nd. This new Friday schedule moves all CrossFit classes back one hour.

2017 Memorial Day Schedule Changes
Please note the following changes to our regular class schedule over Memorial Day weekend.
Saturday May 13th: Beach Season Whole30 + Bad-Habit-Breaking Challenge
We're starting a 30-day Nutrition Challenge on Saturday May 13th! We're adding a new twist to things this time: we're going to give you the option of doing the Whole30 (great for first-timers!) OR eating Whole30-ish, identifying one bad eating habit that you have, and using this 30 day period to break it.
Square Roots Farm to Local
To help you eat more delicious, healthy veggies, we've teamed up with Square Roots to offer you locally grown, GMO-free, pesticide-free leafy greens delivered every Friday to the gym!
Seeking Front Desk Staff
We're looking for a friendly, energetic, enthusiastic people person to join our front desk team! This is a great opportunity to gain a ton of experience working in the fitness industry. The right candidate will be a self-starter who's excited to learn about the inner workings of a CrossFit gym and thinks it would be fun to get to figure out and implement new ways to make Virtuosity ever better!
