WODs with Friends (and Wine!)

THIS Friday, April 7th, bring a friend to any Level 2 class: we'll be doing a fun, non-technical workout that everyone can enjoy! And after class, stick around to drink some wine -- we figure this'll mostly be for the evening classes, but we'll have some mimosas on hand too just in case you want to rope your friends into 6am class followed by boozy breakfast ;)

Back Squat: 305; Clean and Jerk: 230; Snatch: 190.:: Loves Most About The Open: Competing – for real! Morgan’s fighting for one of three slots on the CrossFit Queens regional competition team. So far, she's holding her own: for 17.3, she finished 11 rounds and 9 pull-ups and ranked 56th in the North East region.
