Our women’s strength program is designed to help you feel strong and confident at every stage of life, using the latest science to build muscle, boost bone health, and promote healthy body composition through your reproductive years, peri/menopause, and beyond.

Private
Sessions
Private sessions include bespoke programming to target your specific weaknesses, work around injuries or limitations, and address mobility restrictions.
Our women’s strength coaches have many years of experience working with all ages, body types, and experience levels.
One-on-one sessions provide a higher level of accountability, which can be helpful if you have trouble finding the motivation to train!
Small
Group Sessions
Our women’s strength small group sessions are 1 hour long, and include a warm-up, strength training, and light conditioning with a friendly group of other women.
Your coach will provide options for each part of class based on where you are in your athletic journey.
No experience is necessary!
Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon.
Who is this program for?
Anyone who has female hormones! We will cover training through each phase of your menstrual cycle, as well as how to adapt your training to the physical and mental changes that accompany peri, menopause, and post-menopause.
