Memorial Day Schedule Changes and BBQ!
On Monday, May 28th we'll be running a Sunday schedule for Memorial Day.CrossFit classes will meet at 10am and 11am for a traditional Memorial Day "Murph." At noon we'll have an Open Gym session, during which we will also be drinking and grilling -- bring by some meat to throw on the BBQ!
May 19th Kettlebell Workshop
Come spend an afternoon practicing (and perfecting!) proper kettlebell technique with Coach Kurt. This 2.5-hour kettlebell intensive workshop will help you to improve your form, lift more weight, and become a more confident swinger.

May 5th Running Workshop
Please join Coach Meatbag a/k/a Jay Hachadoorian for a 3-hour running workshop Saturday, May 5th. During the workshop you’ll drill correct running technique, and learn how to train most efficiently.

Mobility Workshop This Weekend!
Please join Coach Elasti a/k/a Elizabeth Wipff for a 2.5-hour mobility workshop this Saturday. Elasti will get you all limbered up and rolled out and turn you into supple leopard.
