4th of July Schedule Changes
On Monday, July 4th we will be running a holiday schedule for Independence Day. All regular classes will be canceled. The gym will be open from 11am-1pm for Open Gym. In the event of good weather, we will be BBQ-ing post-Open-Gym -- feel free to bring along your favorite grill-able foods!
Schedule Changes This Weekend!
Please Note: This weekend (July 9-10th) we will be hosting a CrossFit Football Trainer Course, which unfortunately means that the gym will be unavailable for our normal 11am weekend classes.
2011 Northeast Regional Recap
The 2011 competition season was the longest one to date. The Open Sectionals started in March and for 7 weeks we competed on workouts to determine which individuals and teams would advance to the Regional competition. Due to the extremely strong women in our gym and the help of some strong men, our gym placed 17th in the region and qualified for the team competition.
CrossFit Football Trainer Course July 9-10th
On July 9-10th we'll be hosting the CrossFit Football Trainer Course. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to improve their coaching skills!

Take note! Our new summer schedule will take effect beginning June 1st. It will run through September 1st.
Monday At The Track!
Please note that on Monday May 23rd ALL CrossFit classes will meet at McCarren Park track instead of at the gym. The track is located at N12th Street and Roebling Street, a few blocks north of the gym.
