Winter Meat CSA: Sign Up Now!
Here's your chance to stock your fridge with delicious local grass-fed/pastured meat! We're working with Highpoint Farms to have meat delivered to the gym every other Wednesday evening December 14th – February 22nd.
The C-WOD!
2012 is fast approaching. That means the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games are around the corner. There are also going to be a lot of other competitions along the way. We must prepare!
Shiny New Things
After giving it a great deal of thought, we've decided that starting October 1, we will post only one Workout Of the Day ("WOD") that will be done in all classes.
CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Course: November 26-27
We'll be hosting another CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Course November 26-27th!
Sunday WOD!
Beginning next Sunday, we'll be running a 10am class led by the indomitable Mr. Kurt Tullar!This will be an All Levels class. Open Gym will continue to run Sundays from 11am-1pm.
Adopt A Mat!
We have a dream... of covering the entire gym floor with a clean, cushy layer of rubber matting. Unfortunately the rubber barons of the world have made this an expensive proposition, so we're asking you to help us out! For as little as $50 you can call a piece of the BBC your own!

This Thurdsay, September 22nd at 1:30pm, we're happy to welcome Esther Gokhale, author of, "8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back" back to the Brooklyn Barbell Club for a free lesson on how to improve your back health.
