Please join us on Sunday, November 16 at 3pm for a team workout / fundraising extravaganza in support of our Steve's Club NYC program! All donations go directly toward training local at-risk kids and teens, getting them off the streets and into CrossFit.

Take a trip up north this Saturday to Lost Battalion Hall in scenic Queens, and cheer for the BBC Olympic Weightlifting team as they take on the Metropolitan Open! The Weightlifting team will be joined by 3 Steve's Club NYC athletes who will be lifting in their first meet.Note that Olympic Weightlifting class is CANCELLED on Saturday since so many of our lifters are participating in the meet!

This weekend, October 11-12, we'll be hosting Movement X Brooklyn, an exciting opportunity to learn the Ido Portal Method of movement development. If you've taken a class with Matt, you've probably seen some of this stuff!To accommodate this event, we'll be tweaking our weekend schedule as follows.

Good news: we've added more class times, as well as expanded our Gymnastics program with Chazz and Kyle, and added a brand new Competition program with Ariel. Read on for more detail!
