Saturday September 10th: Weekend Schedule Changes Begin
Beginning Saturday, September 10th, we will be amending our Saturday and Sunday class schedules. Please read on for the new schedule!
Friday July 8th: Summer Friday Schedule Begins!
Our Friday class schedule will change to summer hours beginning Friday, July 8th. This new Friday schedule moves all classes back one hour.
Every Sunday in August: The NYC Subway Series
Every Sunday in August we’ll be participating in the 6th annual NYC Subway Series. Join Team Virtuosity for any or all of the four events as we attempt to win the Series for the fifth time!
Sunday August 7th: Steve's Club NYC Fundraiser: Peach Pit After Dark
There probably won't be as much drama as on 90210, but who doesn't love an event at the After Dark? There may even be pie! Join us for an evening of fun & raffles, guest bartenders and well, making a difference. All proceeds benefit Steve's Club NYC Scholarship Fund for youth athletes at the 2nd Annual BBC Youth Camp.
Friday August 12th: Lux PT Hip Mobility and Movement Workshop
Dr. Grayson Wickham of Lux Physical Therapy and Performance will be running a Hip Mobility and Movement Workshop, focusing on getting your hips moving the way they should be moving! Are your hips moving optimally? Come to find out! What causes suboptimal hip mobility and stability? Come to find out! How can you increase your performance and decrease your injury risk by working on your hip mobility? Come to find out!
Tuesday September 6th: The Virtuosity Coaching Program - Level 1
We're excited to announce our second coaching course of 2016! This course is designed to teach you the fundamentals of coaching one-on-one, small groups, and finally larger groups. If you've ever wanted to peek behind the curtain and see what it takes to be a Virtuosity coach, this course is for you! If you're interested in coaching as a career, this is an excellent first step towards that goal.
Saturday August 27th-28th: Brooklyn Barbell Open & Block Party!
We're throwing a weightlifting party and you're invited! Stop by over the weekend of August 27th-28th to support our lifting team as they throw huge amounts of weight over their heads, help raise money for our youth athletic program, and check out the awesome food, drinks, merchandise, and entertainment at our family friendly street fair!
September 3th-5th: Labor Day Weekend Schedule Changes

Monday September 5th: Labor Day Fight Gone Bad!
We'll be running Fight Gone Bad for Labor Day! This workout is a CrossFit classic -- if you've tried it before you know how special it is; if you haven't, don't miss your chance!
