2019 Christmas & New Year Schedule Changes
Please take note of the following class schedule changes over Christmas and New Year's.
Alter Egos: Callan Lamb

:: Loves Most about CFV: That the coaches stop him from adding too much weight, especially when he’s ignoring his awful overhead mobility. He also wants to give a shoutout to his gym conscience, @layla_loo82, who convinced him he could do toes-to-bar and makes it feel like “every workout is the Open” (in a good way).
Sunday November 10th: Kilos&Giving Schedule Changes
On Sunday November 11th we're throwing an Olympic Weightlifting Meet! We will have two outdoor All Levels CrossFit classes at 10 and 11am; all other classes will be cancelled. Please stop by to watch the lifting!
2019 Thanksgiving Schedule Changes
Please take note of the following class schedule changes over Thanksgiving weekend.
Membership Changes
After deep consideration, we have decided to overhaul our membership plans, effective September 3rd. We are removing our 2x and 4x per week membership options, and replacing them with a 3x per week option.
September 2nd: Labor Day Schedule Changes
We will be making the following changes to our usual class schedule for Labor Day.
Saturday September 7th Schedule Changes
On Saturday September 7th: 9am and 10am classes will be ALL LEVELS, with the option to buy into our Fall Nutrition Challenge during either class. At 11am, stay for a Movement Vault Flexibility and Mobility Class with our PT Dr. Grayson Wickham ($20, registration details on our website)!
Saturday-Sunday August 17-18th Schedule Changes
Please take note of the following class schedule changes for Saturday August 18th and Sunday August 19th to accommodate the 5th Annual Brooklyn Barbell Open Weightlifting Meet.
3D Body Scans
We will now be offering 3D body scans on our Naked Labs body scanner on a regular basis: the first Wednesday of each month at 7pm, and third Saturday of each month at noon.
