Schedule Changes June 23rd-24th
Please note: all morning classes and open gym sessions will be canceled and replaced by 6pm class over the weekend of June 23rd-24th!

CrossFit For Hope
On Saturday, June 9th, we'll be hosting the CrossFit For Hope fundraiser, to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Festivities will start at 10am sharp, and will replace regularly scheduled 10am and 11am classes!
Summer Fridays - Schedule Change
Our Friday class schedule will change to summer hours beginning Friday, June 1st.

We'll be hosting another CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Course September 1st-2nd!
Memorial Day Schedule Changes and BBQ!
On Monday, May 28th we'll be running a Sunday schedule for Memorial Day.CrossFit classes will meet at 10am and 11am for a traditional Memorial Day "Murph." At noon we'll have an Open Gym session, during which we will also be drinking and grilling -- bring by some meat to throw on the BBQ!
Strength Bias
Why a strength bias? Actually this is just the first phase in a year-long goal of getting more of our athletes prepared for the 2013 CrossFit Games. If you have been following the Open, the Regionals and the Games, you will see that the workouts are getting heavier and harder. In an effort to remain competitive in the CrossFit world we are trending heavier too.
May 19th Kettlebell Workshop
Come spend an afternoon practicing (and perfecting!) proper kettlebell technique with Coach Kurt. This 2.5-hour kettlebell intensive workshop will help you to improve your form, lift more weight, and become a more confident swinger.
