CrossFit Virtuosity Gymnastics Series: Upper Body Strength and Skills
Weights are fun, but do you know enough about just moving your body? Come to our upper body gymnastics seminar! For two hours, Chazz and Kurt will work with you on upper body strength and skill.

CrossFit Virtuosity Gymnastics Series: Hand Balancing Basics
Spend some time upside down with Coach Chazz in this hand balancing intensive. You will be taught a process, coached through proper position, learn new tools to strengthen your movement and have a plan to work towards a more solid handstand.
